What is Dulux Rewards?
Dulux Rewards Dulux Rewards has been specifically designed to reward Dulux customers for their loyalty. This is a unique program in the market that is not offered by any other competitor in the industry. Members of the program earn Dulux Rewards points based on their purchase of paints and accessories through Dulux Trade Outlets (Dulux Trade Centres, Depots and Agencies). Dulux Rewards Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards including merchandise,entertainment and experiences as well as a range of retail gift cards and vouchers.

Accumulating Dulux Rewards points
Members are eligible to earn Dulux Rewards points for the purchase of paint and accessories through Dulux Trade Outlets (Dulux Trade Centres, Depots and Agencies) on 30, 60 or 90 day Trade Accounts. Points are automatically credited to customers’ Dulux Rewards Account following on time payment of account invoices each month*

Dulux Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of the following categories of products:

Dulux Rewards Points Dulux Premium Decorative paint products (excludes Dulux Professional), Envirosolutions products and painting accessories 6 Points / $
Dulux Rewards Points Dulux Professional, Acratex, Woodcare, Powder Coatings, Protective Coatings and Berger Premium 3 Points / $
Dulux Rewards Points Hadrian Contractor and Berger Gold Label 1 Point / $

* In order for spend to be eligible for Dulux Rewards Points, 100% of the account invoice must be paid by the due date on the statement and have actively earned points during a 12 month period. Points are awarded net of GST.

There are further opportunities to earn Bonus Points during various times of the year that can boost points balances. Details of Bonus point opportunities will be provided via the Special Offers section of the Dulux Rewards website.

How can I pay my Dulux Trade Account?

There are five ways to pay your Dulux Trade Account:
1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
2. BPAY payment
3. Visa, Mastercard or American Express (surcharge will apply) by calling the Dulux credit team on
1300 555 169 or by visiting dulux.com.au/pay
4. At your nearest Dulux Trade Centre
5. Mail Cheque to Dulux Credit Department, PO Box 429, Melbourne, 3001 P.O. Box 60, Clayton South Vic 3169

It is strongly recommended that payments are made by EFT (bank details can be provided if required). Alternatively payments can be made over the counter at any Dulux Trade Centre (this avoids delays in processing cheques through surface mail and orders held pending payment of any amounts in arrears).

How are points credited to customer accounts?
Following the receipt of the full payment of an account, Dulux Rewards Points are credited to a customer’s Dulux Rewards account within 14 days of the due date of the Trade Account Statement every month. Bonus Points will be awarded at the end of the promotional period.

Do Dulux Rewards Points expire?
Points are valid for 2 years and any unredeemed points within the month will automatically expire. DuluxGroup will not be held liable for expired points.

What can be redeemed with Dulux Rewards Points?

Dulux Rewards Points can be redeemed for a variety of purchases including technology, homewares, gifts,entertainment and experiences, as well as gift cards and shopping vouchers. Shop for the latest brand name products and shopping vouchers.

Dulux Help and Advice Centre services allow the use of Rewards points for payment towards non-catalogue items, such as redemption of a specific product / service when a written quote is provided. Dulux Rewards will pay for this invoice on behalf of the Rewards account holder. To take advantage of this service, the account must have a minimum points balance of 800,000. A 20% fee of the invoiced amount will be applied to the final points conversion. For further information, the Dulux Help and Advice Centre can be contacted on 13 23 77.

What is Points Plus Pay?
Points Plus Pay makes it really easy to receive rewards sooner by providing a member with the flexibility to use Dulux Rewards Points for part of their reward and pay the balance on a credit card (this is the only payment option). A minimum point spend applies for this option, however an amount can be nominated for the amount of points to be used, and the program will automatically calculate the monetary balance due that needs to be paid for the selected product.

eGift/Gift card FAQs

I’m unable to access my eGift Card/the link to access my eGift Card is not working.

If clicking the Access eGift Card button in your email doesn't work, please copy and paste the entire URL into your web browser address bar. Please try using different browsers available to you as some browser versions might not be supported.

When accessing my eGift Card link, my card is showing as invalid or the value of the card is showing as $0.

If the eGift Card balance is showing as invalid or $0, please wait for a few minutes before accessing the link again as the eGift Card is currently being loaded. This process can take up to 30 minutes.

How can I check the balance of my eGift/Gift Card?

Please contact the Gift Card retailer if the balance of your eGift/Gift Card can be verified online.

Are there limits on how many eGift/Gift Cards I can use?

For certain retailers there may be limits to the number of eGift/Gift Cards you can use per transaction. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

Where can I use my eGift/Gift Card?

Restrictions may apply in regards to the stores you can use your eGift/Gift Card at. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

Can I use my eGift/Gift Card online?

Most retailers allow you to use your eGift/Gift Card online. However, restrictions may apply. Please check the terms and conditions for the eGift/Gift Card you have ordered.

How to review member’s points balance?
Points balance can be reviewed 24 hours / 7 days through the Dulux Rewards website.
Login to member account to view current points balance, transaction history and redemption activity online
A monthly Rewards statement via email is also sent to every member with the balance of points.
Call Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77 between 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excludes national public holidays).

What is Autoredemption?
Once you log onto Business +Plus, you can access the Dulux Rewards website via the Rewards tab. There’s no need to login again.

Dulux Rewards points can automatically be redeemed for selected Rewards items such as vouchers and wines by setting up an Auto-redemption. 3 options are available:

1. Annual Auto-redemption*
Simply choose the date for redemption of Dulux Rewards points each year. It could be just before a member’s birthday – to buy a treat or points could be redeemed just before the holiday season. The date of choice for the annual Auto-redemption option is based on the member's preference.

2. Periodic Auto-redemption*
Redeem Dulux Rewards points every 3, 6 or 12 months

3. Reward value Auto-redemption*
Automatically receive selected Rewards when sufficient Dulux Rewards points are accumulated. For example, choose to receive a $100 Myer Gift Card when sufficient Dulux Rewards points have been accumulated for the redemption of that reward.

To set up an Auto-redemption, login to membership rewards account online and select a Rewardof choice, click 'Set up Auto-Redemption’ and follow online prompts.
An option is available to allow Reward points to accumulate and redeem at member’s convenience.

* It can take up to 28 days for a member Reward to be sent once qualification for the Autoredemption is confirmed. For Auto-redemption options 1 & 2, at the time of the Auto-redemption only the selected Reward that is eligible with Dulux Rewards Points balance at that time will be sent to member.
For Auto-redemption, option 1 - the Reward will take up to 28 days to be delivered to a member. This redemption option can only be selected if sufficient Dulux Rewards Points have been accumulated for a specific redemption.

To change or cancel future Auto-redemption options visit the Dulux Rewards website and go to My Activity. If an Auto-redemption had been processed, any changes made to Autoredemption preferences will only be applicable for future redemptions.

What happens to points if a member closes a Dulux Account?
Should a member choose to close a Dulux Trade Account, the Rewards account will be closed and any unredeemed points will be forfeited within 3 months of the closure of their account.

What is the process of sign up to become a Dulux Rewards member?
Complete a Dulux Rewards Form which is available at a Dulux Trade Outlet.
Contact a local Dulux Sales Representative for an form or discussion.
Contact the Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77.
Business Plus members and Dulux Accredited Painters are also eligible to apply for a Rewards membership (provided that a 30, 60 or 90 day term account is listed against the trade account).

How much does it cost to be a Dulux Rewards member?
There is an annual payment of $25 (ex GST) that will be added to a member’s Trade account statement every year on the anniversary of the membership commencement date.

How long does the program last?
This program is designed to be ongoing. DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd at its absolute discretion reserves the right to amend or conclude the program at any time.

Can a reward be delivered to anyone?
Yes. Rewards benefits can be delivered to any address that a member specifies upon redemption, except PO Box addresses. The address of the rewards recipient needs to be provided during redemption; this address is used specifically for the selected reward and does not change a member’s account with Dulux for future redemptions. Please note, any redemptions regardless of the physical address, are always addressed in the member's name.

How long does it take to receive a reward?
Rewards will be delivered as soon as possible, however, allow up to 28 days for the delivery ofall redeemed rewards. Please note, that there may be longer delivery times around peak periods of the year. Should there be any delays; members will be notified of this. Reward delivery status can be reviewed online through the Dulux Rewards website, visit My Activity or contact Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77.

What steps should be taken if an ordered product is delayed or discontinued/out of stock?
If a product is delayed or discontinued, member will be contacted to make alternate arrangements. In some cases this could involve a substitute product, waiting for delivery of member’s initial choice or a refund of Dulux Rewards Points. To find out about a redemption that has been placed, login to member account through the Dulux Rewards website and visit My Activity or contact Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77.

What steps should be taken if the ordered product needs to be replaced?
A replacement product will be sent should a member’s reward be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Should this be the case, please contact Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77 and a return of the faulty item will be arranged and an identical product will be sent as a replacement. However, this replacement order is at the sole discretion of DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd.

What about warranties and aftersale technical support?
Dulux Rewards offers only leading brands, all backed by genuine manufacturer service warranties and after-sale support. For specific product enquiry, please contact the manufacturer. Proof of Purchase can be requested from if required from Dulux Help and Advice Centre on 13 23 77.

Troubleshooting
All goods are guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law regulation. Member is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation of any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Member is also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not deemed a major failure. The manufacturer should be contacted for specific advice. Should a Proof of Purchase be required, contact Dulux Rewards via the Contact Us page.
Please note: DuluxGroup (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves full rights to cancel Dulux Rewards Points that relate to purchases/invoices that are not paid for by the customer within the agreed trading terms. For clarity, unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard trading terms will apply, which is 30 days after the end of month of purchase.
